Project Manager (Insurance Ops Transformation)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and process improvement initiatives across:
  
  
  
  • New Business / Onboarding & Underwriting
  
  
  • Claims Operations
  
  
  • Policy Servicing (50+ servicing processes)
  
  


• Review, map, and re-engineer complex operational workflows.


• Drive operational optimization using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.


• Partner with business, operations, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancement programs.


• Support digital and AI-related operational transformation initiatives.

• Proven Project Manager experience within the insurance industry.


• Strong understanding of insurance operations, particularly New Business, Claims, and Policy Servicing.


• Hands-on experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and business transformation.


• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.


• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels


• Consulting or transformation background preferred
