Senior Associate, Corporate Banking(NBFI Focus) Client Service - Global Corporate Bank

Role overview

Our client is a expanding and well-established global corporate bank in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Senior Associate - Corporate Banking Client Service (Non-bank Financial Institutions Portfolio Focus) in order to expand their operation capacity in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Front Offices staff on delivering professional corporate banking services through assisting on various corporate banking operation duties (client on boarding & customer due diligence)
2. Act as the key contact point to handle Non-bank Financial Institutions & corporate client’s enquiries
3. Work closely with the teams to handle various client’s enquiries on payment, remittance & bills matters to ensure accurate transaction processing & maintain a high level of service standard
4. Assist Relationship Managers on performing KYC related duties
5. Collect client information to perform accounting opening/ maintenance duties
6. Participate in client meeting to provide sales operation support
7. Prepare & submit reports to the bank’s management for review

Requirements

1. Degree or above
2. 4 years + Commercial/ Corporate Banking/ Non-bank Financial Institutions NBFI Client Servicing experience
3. Strong fluency in written & spoken English & Mandarin
4. Prior experience in providing customer services to Non-bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) client portfolio would be highly preferable
5. Good risk & AML awareness
6. Candidate with all rounded experience (KYC, CDD, Account opening & documentation experience) would be an advantage
