A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Partner to join its Talent Acquisition team, supporting Front Office hiring across key revenue-generating business areas.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical hiring mandates.
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines for specialist and executive-level positions across priority markets.
  • Conduct proactive market mapping, talent identification, and candidate engagement activities to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor analysis, organisational structures, compensation benchmarking, and hiring trends.
  • Collaborate with internal Executive Search and Talent Acquisition teams to support strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Manage candidate screening and assessment processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Share talent market insights and competitor intelligence with key stakeholders across global regions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment quality, efficiency, and overall hiring outcomes.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment gained within an in-house talent acquisition team, RPO environment, or recruitment consultancy.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for Front Office or revenue-generating functions within Banking, Markets, or Wealth Management.
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, headhunting, Boolean searching, and social media recruitment.
  • In-depth understanding of candidate attraction strategies and multiple sourcing channels.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and candidates effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets, competitor landscapes, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Experience managing complex search assignments and multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving recruitment processes from sourcing through to offer stage.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
  • Exposure to Workday and/or Eightfold would be advantageous, though not essential.
