Your new role
As a KYC Analyst, you will manage and coordinate client onboarding processes from initiation to completion, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams. You will act as a key contact for clients, monitor onboarding progress, resolve process bottlenecks, and help deliver an excellent client experience while ensuring all requirements are met before trading activities commence.

Your new role

You will act as a key contact for clients, monitor onboarding progress, resolve process bottlenecks, and help deliver an excellent client experience while ensuring all requirements are met before trading activities commence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or a client-facing operations role.
- Strong understanding of onboarding and pre-trade processes.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with data analytics experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese language skills are highly advantageous.
- Strong risk awareness, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
