Responsible Officer (SFC 1, 4, 9)

Responsibilities

· Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC 1,4,9 regulated activity of the Group

· Formulate and implement business strategies to promote the Group's wealth management solutions to target clients with our business partners in Greater China regions

· Provide full range of investment and wealth management services to our business partners

Requirements

· University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences gained from banking or financial services institutions

· Holder of Responsible Officer licence with SFC 1,4,9 a must, other relevant qualifications an advantage

· Extensive wealth management knowledge and personal exposure in Greater China regions will definitely be a plus

· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders

· Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
