About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a multi-licensed financial group engaged in asset management (Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities).We are hiring an operational leader to partner with the Head of Operations – Investment Management across our investment management and alternative solutions businesses. This position balances hands-on execution with strategic process enhancement across fund operations, reporting, and alternative investment workflows.

About your role

  1. Core Operations: Direct transaction lifecycle execution, reconciliations, account maintenance, nominee administration, and fund reporting.
  2. Business Intelligence: Develop MIS reports, risk metrics, and performance analysis for senior management.
  3. Ecosystem Coordination: Act as the primary operational liaison for fund managers, administrators, custodians, software providers, and internal teams.
  4. Digital Transformation: Champion automation and AI integration (including Copilot) to elevate productivity and operational workflows.
  5. Governance & Leadership: Oversee risk management, maintain regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members.

What you will need to succeed

  1. 8–12 years in alternative investment and fund operations.
  2. Expert knowledge of alt-fund structures, control environments, and market regulations.
  3. Hands-on experience coordinating with external custodians, fund admins, and auditors.
  4. Detail-oriented operator with strong analytical skills and AI tool fluency (Copilot).
