About the job

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with regional and local teams to execute wealth management strategies
  2. Oversee sales and distribution activities, ensuring regulatory compliance
  3. Drive fund sales and promote investment and unit-linked solutions
  4. Identify business opportunities and support growth initiatives
  5. Lead wealth-related projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  6. Deliver product and market training to advisers and sales teams
  7. Enhance advisory capabilities through coaching and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  1. SFC Responsible Officer holder (Type 1 & Type 4)
  2. Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline; CFA preferred
  3. 10+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or sales leadership within financial services
  4. Strong knowledge of investment products, distribution management, and regulatory requirements
  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  6. Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
