We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a leading life insurance organisation. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development and enhancement of savings and insurance products, from market research and product ideation through to launch and post-implementation review.

Your new role

• Support the formulation and execution of product strategies to meet evolving customer and market needs.
• Lead product development and enhancement initiatives from concept stage through implementation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and product trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including distribution, marketing, operations, actuarial, compliance, and finance teams, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Prepare business proposals, launch materials, and management reports for internal governance processes.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer value and business results.
• Ensure all product initiatives comply with relevant regulatory and internal requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of experience within the insurance industry, preferably in product development, product management, product proposition, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
