Project Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an agile, high-performing Project Manager to join the Customer Platform Team. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end digital customer platform initiatives across complex corporate workstreams.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the ideal candidate is sharp, resilient, and highly adept at negotiating and navigating cross-functional stakeholder landscapes. While insurance industry background is beneficial, top-tier project managers from non-insurance corporate sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Governance: Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for customer platform enhancements, from scoping and requirement alignment to final rollout.
• Stakeholder Negotiation & Alignment: Act as the central point of contact between business heads, regional tech teams, and external partners-navigating complex corporate dynamics with high political acumen.
• Scope, Risk & Timeline Management: Define project plans, track critical path dependencies, elevate risks early, and implement proactive mitigation strategies with minimal leadership oversight.
• Platform Delivery Ownership: Ensure platform features meet high quality standards, drive seamless digital customer experiences, and align with overall customer engagement goals.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience driving complex digital, platform, or software delivery initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Behavioral & Independence: Self-driven, resilient, and able to operate effectively with minimal guidance. Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude in fast-paced corporate environments.
• Stakeholder & Negotiation Mastery: Sharp intellect with exceptional communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills to manage senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Methodologies & Tools: Solid understanding of Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery frameworks, with hands-on proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
