Your new company

Our client, a US-based investment bank, is looking for a payroll professional to join their team.

Your new role

• Coordination and processing of compensation information.
  
• Reporting and accounting, both internally and to external authorities.
  
• Commitment to control, ensuring data has gone through proper internal controls.
  
• Review, reconcile and substantiate general ledger account balances.
  
• Assisting in formulating payroll processes to facilitate new operations for the firm, involving new pay entity set-up, implementing tax
  effectiveness or new benefit programmes.
  
• Working closely with global counterparts in the administration of compensation reporting.
  
• Documentation of processes.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in business, accounting or finance.
  
• Minimum two to three years of relevant work experience, including human capital at Big 4 accounting firms.
  
• Experience in handling general ledger posting and accounts reconciliation.
  
• Knowledge of individual income tax and benefit programmes would be an advantage.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
