FICC Markets Operations Associate - international bank

Salary up to HKD 600,000 plus bonus plus benefits

Role:

1. Anticipate, monitor, and alert potential breaks.
2. Manage escalation requests.
3. Work with front office staff to resolve issues surrounding settlements, payments, and confirmations.
4. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions.
5. Perform daily checks on post-trade processes.
6. Conduct assessments with clients to ensure service quality.
7. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems trough to resolution.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential.
2. 5+ years' experience in FICC markets operations (FX, fixed income, derivatives, money markets etc.)
3. Multi-asset product knowledge.
4. Good understanding of operational processes (trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, settlement)
5. Familiarity with treasury operations and cash management principles.
6. Knowledge of SUMMIT, SOPHIS, MUREX and CALYPSO.
7. Degree in Finance, Business, or similar.
