Key Responsibilities Responsible for the daily servicing of overseas partners and clients, ensuring deep recognition of the firm's long-term value through high-quality communication. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with overseas sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, and other large-scale financial institutions. Proactively identify potential collaborative opportunities aligned with the firm's long-term development strategy and lead the expansion into overseas markets. Plan and execute the fundraising and issuance of new overseas products, managing the full lifecycle from business negotiation to post-investment services. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related fields, with 6-10 years of experience in overseas Investor Relations (IR) or international institutional sales. Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment logic into clear and compelling narratives. Native-level proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to work seamlessly in a bilingual (Chinese and English) environment.
