Project Manager - Asset Management

Our client is a large asset manager who is looking for a VP or Senior Manager level Project Manager to join their regional team.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Investments, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to define objectives and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process improvements, and operating model changes.
• Analyse current‑state processes and business challenges, identifying gaps and proposing practical, value‑adding solutions.
• Develop business cases, analytical insights, and management information to support prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Oversee and provide supports on selected global initiatives to ensure alignment with the needs and priorities of the Distribution team.
• Provide clear, concise updates to senior management and escalate issues as required.
• Occasional travel may be required.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years + experience working in change management or transformation within a top tier asset manager. This role is based in Hong Kong but covers the region.
