Investment Advisory Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise distribution processes to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional leadership to design, plan, and execute wealth strategies and project roadmaps.
• Expand market presence by driving fund sales and promoting unit-linked products across key internal clients and channels.
• Conduct market and product training, develop engagement materials, and mentor sales and advisory personnel to enhance product expertise.

Requirements:

• Currently qualified or eligible to act as an SFC Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a team head, senior sales, or investment advisory role within a regulated financial institution.
• Highly fluency in Mandaruin is a must; native mandarin speaker is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; CFA charterholder preferred.
• Deep knowledge of sales management, investment management, and HK market dynamics.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
