We're looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join an exciting portfolio of clienteling and digital customer experience projects within an international, premium consumer environment.

What you'll do

• Act as a key bridge between business, IT and digital teams
• Gather, analyse and clarify business requirements
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple projects and workstreams
• Facilitate meetings and workshops and turn discussions into clear actions
• Track decisions, actions, dependencies, risks and next steps
• Support clienteling, CRM and digital customer experience initiatives
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain momentum
• Prepare and communicate clear project updates
• Identify roadblocks and bring the right people together to resolve them

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, BA/PM or similar
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering experience
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Confidence working across business and technology teams
• Proactive, organised and comfortable driving conversations forward
• Strong professional English
