They maintain an engineering-focused culture where infrastructure leaders are given the autonomy to make architectural decisions and lead commercial vendor partnerships.

The Role & Landscape

As the technical and operational lead for enterprise network services, you will report directly to the infrastructure executive team. You will take full ownership over the global network footprint, directing architecture, technical governance, and managed service provider delivery across on-premises data centers and public cloud environments.

Key focus areas:

1. Own the technical design, roadmap, and operational stability of the group's global enterprise network across all the international sites.
2. Govern the core data center fabric built on Cisco ACI (leaf-spine topology, APIC management, tenant policies, and micro-segmentation).
3. Direct architecture and integration across hybrid multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure.
4. Guide a dedicated in-house engineering team while managing SLAs, contractual terms, and operational delivery from external managed service provider partners.
5. Act as technical authority on network RFIs, RFPs, scope of work definitions, and commercial vendor negotiations.
6. Modernize network capabilities across SD-WAN rollouts, next-generation firewalls, application delivery controllers (SLB/WAF), and network automation.
7. Direct the ITSM/ITIL lifecycle, serving as the top escalation point for critical network incidents and root cause analysis.
8. Plan annual operating budgets, resource allocation, and multi-year technology lifecycles.

What We Are Looking For

1. 15+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including at least 10 years managing teams of network engineers and MSP partners.
2. Candidates with 7-15 years of experience will be considered for the senior network engineer role.
3. Proven data center architecture and operational experience with Cisco ACI and Nexus hardware.
4. Practical architectural background in multi-region WAN/SD-WAN, LAN, micro-segmentation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), SLB, WAF, and network automation tools.
5. Direct experience architecting and operating hybrid cloud connectivity within AWS and Microsoft Azure.
6. Proven background managing vendor evaluations, contract terms, RFPs, and external managed service governance.
7. Strong familiarity with formal ITIL operations and high-availability incident management.
8. Solid stakeholder management skills, with an ability to communicate infrastructure trade-offs to senior leadership.
9. Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to collaborate with global and regional counterparts.
10. Professional certifications such as CCIE (Data Center or Enterprise), AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or Azure Network Engineer Associate are strong advantages.
