ETF Portfolio Manager

Job Description:
● Run daily portfolio management, including execution, rebalancing, corporate actions, creation/redemption, basket operations, and tracking-error control.
● Conduct index replication and portfolio construction across physical and synthetic (swap-based) structures where applicable.
● Monitor derivatives used for exposure management.
● Conduct ETF analysis, including market research, feasibility studies, index methodology assessment, trading volumes.
● Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective product governance.
Requirements
● Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
● Minimum 4 years of Hong Kong public equity fund management experience, including at least 2 years of direct ETF portfolio management experience.
● Demonstrated experience in ETF management, including creation/redemption process, coordination with market makers, rebalancing, liquidity management, and tracking error analysis.
● Proficiency in Bloomberg, portfolio management systems.
● Great communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Fluency in Mandarin, English; Cantonese preferred.
