Senior Officer - Agency & Trust Services-Capital Markets

Job Description:

1. Deliver and execute the day-to-day operational functions for debt capital markets agency and trustee services including but not limited to bonds and syndicated loans, with specialized focus on bond trustee workflows.
2. Perform comprehensive monitoring on operational functions to mitigate associated risks, with emphasis on bond trustee and principal paying agent operations.
3. Oversee testing and implementation of system platforms to ensure capability in supporting bond services.
4. Provide quality services to maintain relationships with internal business counterparts and external working partners.
5. Conduct periodic transactions and records reconciliation with focus on bond trustee and principal paying agent activities, ensuring proper documentation.
6. Demonstrate thorough understanding of bond trustee structure and operations, including principal paying agent functions.

Requirements:

1. University graduates.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant agency and trustee services experience, with specific expertise in bond trustee operations.
3. In-depth knowledge of bond trustee workflow, structure and principal paying agent operations.
4. Proven ability to work independently and under pressure in complex capital markets environment.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership potential.
6. Strong multitasking and operations management capabilities.
7. Fluent Putonghua spoken skills preferred.
