Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, Retail Credit Policy, CMD

Job Responsibilities

1. Review and ensure retail loan applications and operational matter complied with guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements
2. Prepare periodic retail loan portfolio performance reports
3. Perform credit evaluation and risk assessment on retail credit policy and products
4. Support the portfolio analysis for identifying credit risk in the retail loan portfolio for recommendations on portfolio management strategy

Job Requirements

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in banking industry with retail exposure
3. Good knowledge and concept in retail banking products
4. Good understanding of bank lending laws and regulations in Hong Kong
5. Experience in credit and risk management functions in banking industry is preferred
6. Proficient in both spoken and written Putonghua, Chinese and English
