Associate Director, Equity Derivatives Solution Sales, Equity Derivatives

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Cover institutional clients including but not limited to Banks, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Sovereign Funds, and Corporates.
• Promote structured solution products including QIS, thematic basket, and other tailored made solutions.
• Work closely with trading/structuring/strategy team to enhance our product offering. Follow up with new trend in the market and participate in idea generation.
• Work closely with various onshore/offshore EQD team to develop cross border products.
• Collaborate with sales from other divisions for cross selling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related discipline(s).
• Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in equity derivatives sales. Candidates with equity sales experience at top investment banks are preferable.
• Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
