We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a large-scale cloud transformation programme within a highly regulated enterprise environment.
The role will focus on designing and building secure, scalable public Cloud landing zones, while ensuring cloud environments meet regional security, governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate cloud infrastructure and operational processes using Python and scripting.
• Support the implementation of cloud logging, monitoring and audit controls.
• Work with security, architecture and engineering teams to translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical cloud solutions.
• Review existing cloud environments and identify opportunities to improve automation, security and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud platforms
• Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python; Java exposure would also be beneficial.
• Experience working with CI/CD and cloud automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
