System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support, including troubleshooting, incident handling, and system monitoring
• Perform system maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
• Participate in project implementation, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop and implement new features and system enhancements
• Prepare functional and technical documentation
• Work closely with developers, business users, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and financial industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in System Analyst / Programmer / Developer / Coding roles
• Solid hands-on experience in Java and/or Python development
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
• Proven experience in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
