Senior Wealth Management Advisor (Insurance Specialist), RBD

ob Responsibilities

1. Close liaison with Branches for preparing the sales plans and sales activities
2. Review tactical and strategic plans for boosting sales revenue and achieve year end assigned target within regulatory framework
3. Develop insurance sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
4. Manage sales force with the aim to achieve sales target performance
5. Comply with Hong Kong regulatory framework related insurance ordinances and guidelines issued by the HKMA and SFC
6. Monitor high net worth clients’ portfolios to continue enhancement of customers’ experience

Job Requirement

1. University graduate
2. Qualifications in IIQAS and CFA, CFP, FRM is preferable
3. 5-7 years related banking or insurance related field experience
4. Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
5. Strong influencing skill and analytical skill
6. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Good in Mandarin
