The role requires >10 years of working experience

- For FI sales , best be someone who is now an interest rate linked structured notes intermediary sales covering PBs and Commercials banks

-For Corporate sales , more prefer PRC background with strong connection with China SOE and mega POE.

- value someone with rich cash client base with deposits, structured deposits (eg DCI, Callable) preferred. (equities and commodities not offered)

- expect hunter/ BD client acquisition skills ; and generate USD2m+ PNL annually

- independent sales
