- Support system enhancement and platform upgrade projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, testing, and implementation activities.
- Partner with business users and technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and client lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assist on ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Business / Finance related bachelor's degree holder
- Excellent command of English
- 5+ years of BA/ PM/ Product owner experience
