Position Title: Associate ~ Vice President (Primary Target: 4+ years of experience)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Cash & FX Management : Manage daily cash positions and execute Money Market and FX transactions efficiently
  2. Funding & Liquidity Regulation : Manage funding and liquidity ratios/regulations via Money Market, Certificates of Deposit (CD) and Bilateral/Syndicated Loans
  3. Fixed Income & Hedging Execution : Manage and execute fixed income/Bond investments and hedging transactions accurately via Bloomberg
  4. HQ & Overseas Communication : Communicate effectively with KDB’s HQ Dept. and overseas branches regarding relevant market operations
  5. Counterparty & Market Network : Build, expand and maintain relationships with dealers, sales counterparties, and financial institutions to secure Money Market, loans and Derivatives credit line
  6. Regulatory Compliance & Operations : Ensure all funding transactions imposed by relevant financial regulatory bodies.
  7. KYC & Account Opening : Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to fulfil Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and account opening processes
  8. Ad-hoc Projects : Handle any ad hoc project assigned by senior management

Requirements

  1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  2. Experience:
  3. [Primary Target] Mid to Senior-Level (Associate/Vice president): 4~7+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Money Market/FX and Fixed Income trading.
  4. [Junior Candidates] Entry-Level (Analyst/Associate): 1~4 years of relevant experience or strong interest in financial market / Treasury / Money Market.
  5. Skills:
  6. Systems: Proficient in Bloomberg and MS Office applications
  7. Language:Fluent in written and spoken Korean , Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
  8. Licensing & Qualifications
  9. Successful candidate will be required to take and pass the HKSI Paper 1 upon employment
  10. Current SFC Type 1 License holder (Preferred)
