Vice President, Corporate Finance (A-share bankers welcome! ~HKD 90K)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute corporate finance transactions: IPOs, sponsor work, M&A, and advisory mandates.
2. Manage deal teams, coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisers, and oversee due diligence.
3. Prepare and review listing documents, circulars, and other regulatory filings.
4. Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts.
5. Ensure transactions comply with SFC and HKEX requirements, including Type 6 regulated activity standards.
6. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related discipline.
2. 6–10 years of corporate finance experience in investment banking or a licensed corporate finance firm, with a proven transaction track record.
3. Solid knowledge of SFC and HKEX listing rules and corporate finance regulatory requirements.
4. Experience in IPO sponsorship and/or M&A execution; Type 6 RO eligibility is advantageous.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Cantonese an advantage.
