Role Summary
A leading content- and IP-driven integrated media, entertainment, sports, and travel technology group is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partner, FP&A. Following recent expansion and structural changes, this role will partner closely with the General Manager to drive business performance, lead financial planning, and support strategic decision-making across a growing sports and entertainment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic finance partner to the General Manager and department heads, providing commercial insights and decision support for new initiatives, partnerships, and events.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to track performance across sports marketing, entertainment events, and travel-related portfolios.
- Build financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, market entry strategies, event profitability, and partnership deals; provide scenario analysis and risk assessments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency while supporting growth objectives.
- Enhance FP&A processes, reporting tools, and system integration to support ongoing expansion and organizational development.
- Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or related finance roles, ideally with exposure to retail, travel, entertainment, or multi-brand environments.
- Professional qualification required (CPA or CFA).
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
