Your new role
- Manage trade allocations, matching, and settlements for Prime Brokerage clients.
- Serve as a key client-facing contact for operational queries and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and manage risk and control issues while supporting process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years experience in Financial Services Operations and Client Servicing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of risk management and operational controls.
- Strong Excel skills; VBA/Macros knowledge is advantageous.
