i have no idea about trade with russia, but why dont you remit HKD ? rather than dealing in euro and USD ?

WU has ridiculous remittance charges - it's something like 144 usd for 3000 usd
Russian accounts do not convert HKD directly usually - they deal in Euro or Usd, sending HKD to Russian bank accounts will result your money to be sent back - I've tried
