How to find casual labourers/laborers for occasional work

My wife is starting a side business for which she would need occasional help with heavy lifting, (e.g. 1-2 guys, once or twice a week, to deliver some items to customers in the morning and make pickup in the afternoon). The guy/s can either have his own van, or just help with the lifting and she use GoGoVan.

My question is, does anyone have experience and advice on how to find some such casual labourer type guys?
