How to rent out Terry Verde, Tsing Yi

I have a newly refurbished apartment in Tsing Yi that I want to rent out but do not want to be messed about by property agents. Does anyone know what is the best way to advert it?

I cannot imagine what the problem is?

I have rented out 12 properties, and think that HK agents provide a reasonable service at a reasonable cost, And the tenant pays half anyway.

You are more likely to be "messed about" when you are dealing directly with tenants

I agree with OTP - use agents. They will charge half a month's rent as commission. Don't sign a sole agency agreement.
