How to clean a porous tiled floor?

Hello

I have a tiled floor which was put down in the early 80s and it has absorbed a bit of dirt and is looking shabby. I've tried to clean it out with various household products and also alcohol but so far nothing has really worked. I'd like to have it cleaned professionally and then I can seal it. Does anyone know of someone who might do this sort of work?
