Hi,
I am interested to invest in the HK Real estate market with a budget of around 5-6MM HKD and was wondering if anyone could provide any areas or development that could provide opportunities for capital gain and also some decent rent to cover against the mortgage?
I was looking at a new development called Bloomsway, near Harrow International School. Any opinion on this one?
