Hi - I've managed to save a bit of money and am looking into investing on properties abroad. I own my property in HK so the new measures have made me look somewhere else.

I'm a newbie on investing abroad so would appreciate your comments/suggestions. If you have about HK$1.5-$2M to invest, would you invest in Phuket or BKK (or any other popular real-estate)? Kindly provide your reasons.
