I'm looking for just a small office to rent in Central or close to (70-100sqft). I don't need a serviced office - just an office with 4 walls, carpet on the floor,a window, air con and a door for about $5500. There must be something out there?? One year lease.

I understand that a desk space will run about 3k... so to get a self-contained office at this rate might be tough
