Bucket of urine idea gross but funny. Not my style. Lol

She was well aware the court order had expired. It was the result of a contract renewal promise that was oral, not in writing. Seems as long as one pays rent and the landlord accepts it, it is deemed that the contract continues on a monthly basis. More importantly, the HK Judicial system is set up to benefit those who can afford representation, while the rest of us are treated rudely by judges who usually disallow vital evidence on the pretext that it was not filed 'according to procedure', yet there is nothing/no one around in the District Court Registry to tell an unrepresented litigant what 'correct procedure' is. A huge disadvantage when facing a represented landlord.

Anyway, yes, there was a reasonable voice in the company that owns the flat and a lull in the case. Then suddenly things were stirred up again by the woman in the video, a very egotistical arrogant woman, without any prior communication or notice.

Pretty shocking behaviour. Always thought HKers were a tad milder than their mainland cousins but in her case the apple didnt fall very far from the tree. :(
