Hi there,
Our team wants to launch a service in Hong Kong that would help solve problems that arise during rental housing, but we need help of people who live in Hong Kong.
1. Is the taxation system understandable? What tax is collected from the tenant and landlord?
2. Is fraud common in this area? If so, what type?
3. What problems do you have during renting apartments?
