Best way to transfer HKD to GBP

Hi there,

Has anyone got any advice on the best/cheapest way to transfer savings from HKD to GBP?
I would like to transfer around $100 000 HKD to my UK bank account.
I'm currently banking with HSBC in HK and Halifax in UK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

only costs like 100 dollars or something to transfer to overseas bank.... doubt it would be worth your time... or do you mean converting into GBP first.
