In a nutshell…..
Only PRC nationals can set up a “Chinese Company”….all of us foreigners (HK Chinese guys included)….need to consider other structures….typically either:
- WFOE
Or
- a PRC Joint Venture Enterprise…
Many just do it contractually instead of creating a PRC entity or a WFOE…
That’s is what we will tell her….of course we can assist with any of the alternatives…
