Hi All,
Greetings!
I am a Filipino by Citizen, and married in my own country way back 2007. Currently living here in HK for 3years. Me and my spouse has been separated for over 3years and no contact since i left my own country. I am aware that divorce is not recognised by PH law,but i read from other thread that I Can apply divorce here in HK and can remarry again. Any advise and help will really appreciate. I leave my email as well, please drop a mail if possible. Thanks a lot.
