Has anyone had any experience with overseas divorce, where the other half did not reply back with the form?
I have submitted a petition personally in Wan Chai based on 2 years separation without consent. I initially did not know her address in Romania, however have hired a private investigator in Romania whom has identified her location. He has since then also served the paper which I sent to him via email.
This was all done back in July, my wife has not responded within the required 49 days. I would like to provide evidence to the court that it was served. Does anyone can provide some advise based on his/her experience in a similar situation?
