Planning on filing a joint application in HK soon (both parties have agreed). If both parties have agreed to agree to certain things ie money, custody etc then no need for lawyers
Question - with regards to custody (kids), shall I put still something in writing or is there a need to even though we have agreed on this topic? (people can change their minds down the road and not sure if this will have any bearing..)
