Am I entitled to my spouse's asset?

My husband and I been married for over 10yrs. With two kids and living in HK.

He co-own a house with parent and sibling in Toronto before we married.
We had our own place so therefore I never lived at that house -- only occasional over-nights during vacations.

We didn't have a prenup when we married in Canada, am I entitled to his share of the house in Toronto?
