I have dual citizenship, HK ID holder with Canadian passport, my husband is HK citizen. He was just granted PR status in Canada since he came to join me in Canada last year. We were married in 2013 in HK.
Whats the procedure if I want to divorce him? Do I cancel my sponsorship of his immigration as well? Do I need to come back to HK for the divorce? If I want to seek alimony from him, how should I proceed?
Sorry for all these questions but there seems to be lots of knowledgable ppl here! Google led me here while I was looking for my answers online. TIA for your insights and advice!
