Hi there,
My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years now and would like to get married on the 23rd Feb at 10:30am at City Hall. As we are not ready to announce this to our friends or family, we would need the help of 2 lovely volunteers (above 18) to be our witnesses for this marriage.
