My friend is a Filipino torture claimant here in HK who has a HK RESIDENT Filipina girlfriend... Can he marry her immediately here in HK after withdrawing his torture claim OR does he needs to go back to his own country 1st? If he will go back to his country and they will get marry in other country other than Philippines (no divorce in this country) can he immediately enter HK as a dependant of his resident wife? OR does he need to wait for sometime? If so how long?
