Hi! I have recently switched employers in Hong Kong and just wanted to hear from people who have gone through the similar process of switching sponsors on the work visa.
My new employer filled out all the applications that requests a transfer of work visa, and I went down to the immigrations last week to submit all the documents and forms needed. Just wondering - how long did it take for you to get the visa successfully transferred to the new employer?
Everyone I've spoken with so far has said around 2 weeks, and I have a tentative start date of Nov 1. Just wanted to know what I should expect in terms of visa turnaround. Cheers!
