Stuck at immigration for 3 days!!!

My friend was leaving Hong Kong via the airport and immigration stopped her. I haven't heard from her in over 48 hours, so I'm writing to ask how I can get ahold of her because shes obviously still being held by immigration.
I called the immigration tower, but the recording was unhelpful! Please help!
