Hi
Is anyone familiar with the employment ordinance in HK regarding sick leave. I am on sick leave due to injury and will not be able to work for a long time. According to employment ordinance HK website, it says that there is a 120 days maximum leave that can be taken. Is it 120 days per calendar year? I have taken a week sick leave in December 2017. Will that be included in the 120 days? Many thanks
